The first run on parts XXX1 and XXX2 was a disaster. Scrap was in the 50% range. The die for these parts was transferred to TDC from another Die Caster.

*Weld and re-cut runner in slides.

These parts now run great with virtually no scrap. There is virtually no porosity (as compared with full of porosity before). We feel like this was a major success.
